Job Profile: Demand Associate
Experience: 0-1 Yrs
Work Location: Pune

Job Description:

• Operations for all on-app marketing efforts
• Coordinate with cross functional teams for efficient execution of offers.
• Coordinate and execute offline BTL activities
• Manage external vendors and agencies, sourcing supplies, training promoters, etc.
• First level analysis and reporting of the performance of all customer acquisition and retention activities

Skills & Qualifications

• Passion for dunzo and the company’s hybrid technology and operations nature
• 0-1 years combined marketing experience – user acquisition, running marketing campaigns, product marketing etc
• Pro Storyteller: You have a way with words and can craft a compelling story
• Ability to articulate the essence of dunzo and the value it can create.
• You’re not afraid to dig in and play copywriter if needed
• Ability to drive offline marketing; manage on ground teams to drive growth impact
• Ability to crack local partnerships that help expand dunzo’s reach in the city
